We are currently looking for commission-based sales representatives to join our team here in Toronto. The right candidate will have experience in sales, a high level of energy and creativity mixed with a passion for building relationships with new and existing customers. 


What you’ll be selling

You will mainly be selling services with a few products:

  • Website Design & Development Services 

  • Mobile App Design & Development Services 

  • Logo & Graphics Design Services 

  • Social Media & Digital Marketing Services 

  • Marketing & Branding Materials 



  • Selling or upselling the above-mentioned products and services to new or existing customers

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts while consulting and building strong relationships while growing sales and presenting solutions to meet clients’ needs.

  • Achieving set sales targets

  • Prepare and present solutions to meet the needs of each client situation

  • Follow-up with established to ensure expectations are met/exceeded

  • Work closely with design & development team to ensure an outstanding customer service experience



  • Minimum one-year successful sales experience and account management

  • Experience using CRMs such as or equivalent

  • Must have your own transport if you need to visit clients

  • Motivated professional with solid initiative and a passion for developing relationships

  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical and time management skills

  • Positive, proactive and goal oriented

  • Creative problem solver who loves winning and thriving 

  • Exceptional organization and customer service skills including sound methods of following up

  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe



  • Commission Based

  • Based on monthly targets

  • First four (4) confirmed sales and new accounts – 15% of each total sale before HST

  • Second four (4) confirmed sales and new accounts - 20% of each total sale before HST

  • Any confirmed sales and new accounts over eight (8) first sales - 25% of each total sale before HST



  • 1 year contract (option to become permanent)

  • 3-month probation
